Bridging Capitalism and Contributionism – The Birth of a Hybrid Economy

For more than 11 years I have been searching for a bridge:

A way to move from the old system of capitalism into something fair, transparent, and community-driven – without falling into the trap of utopian dreams that never reach reality.

Inspired by Michael Tellinger and his vision of Ubuntu / Contributionism, I always felt the future must belong to cooperation, not exploitation. Yet the missing link was clear: How do we make it practical today?

The Hybrid Economic Model

The breakthrough is simple: separate real costs from human value.

  • EUR (or $) → covers material costs only. These are pass-through costs: material, electricity, rent, heating. No profit, no tax.
  • LMC (Liquid Micro Coin) → covers human labor. A nonprofit association currency. Tax-free, non-exploitable, not convertible into € but circulating inside the community.

In practice:

  • A product might cost 30 € + 10 LMC.
  • The 30 € covers the supplier and materials (through-flow, no gain).
  • The 10 LMC rewards the human effort – fairly, transparently, without taxation.

For services:

  • A mechanic charges 60 LMC per hour, plus materials in €.
  • Real costs are covered, labor is valued by the community, no one enriches themselves.

This hybrid system becomes the bridge between capitalism and Contributionism (Ubuntu).

It removes the fear of risk, ensures fairness, and creates a parallel, tax-free economy inside associations.

AppForge & CrowdApps – Technology as Enabler

To make this real, I am building AppForge – an open-source wizard that allows anyone to create apps without coding.

  • Wizard Level (NoCode): click your app together.
  • SML/SUIS Level (LowCode): adjust logic and structure.
  • Kotlin Code Level (ProDev): full access for developers.

The output is a CrowdApp – an app that can include modules like:

  • Business Card
  • Shop System (with EUR + LMC hybrid pricing)
  • Social Wall
  • Messaging
  • Forum
  • Map

This is the WordPress moment for Apps:

  • Simple for beginners.
  • Extendable through plugins/modules.
  • Open source at the core.

Why this matters

  • For Entrepreneurs: They can run small shops, book services, and sell without needing a software developer.
  • For Communities: They gain tools for communication, organization, and internal economies.
  • For Society: It shows a practical path beyond capitalism, without waiting for governments or banks.

Nobody can get rich in € anymore, nobody is taxed unfairly, but everyone is rewarded for their contribution.

This is not a dream. It is working software, clear statutes, and a growing ecosystem.

An Invitation

I would love to work together with Michael Tellinger, who brought Ubuntu and Contributionism to the world. He has the people and the movement; I bring the technical and legal framework.

Together, we can turn Ubuntu from a vision into a living, practical reality.

🌍 Everything here is open source. The idea belongs to everyone.

Now it must spread, be tested, refined, and lived.

The Antithesis to Capitalism is born – the bridge to Contributionism is here.

The time is now.
